The result of a year-long Unity project, SpaceTime Gladiators is a 2D side-scrolling platformer involving local split-screen fights of up to four players in randomly-generated arenas.
The game is all about momentum: pick up speed and smash into your opponents to hurt them! There are 5 diverse game-types:

1) Pain: the player/team who deals the most damage to their enemies wins.

2) Powerup Hunt: the player/team who collects the most powerups wins.

3) Capture the Bag: take enemies' flags while defending your own! Bring a flag back to your base to capture it. The player/team with the most captures wins.

4) Waypoint Race: waypoints will randomly appear in the map. The player/team who captures the most waypoints wins! Be careful: the entire team has to be touching a waypoint at the same time to capture it.

5) Bullseye: one player becomes the Target. He must hunt down the other players and cause as much damage as possible before a new player becomes the Target! The player/team that deals the most damage as the Target wins.
Hyper Pills will frequently spawn throughout the map. Collect them to harm your enemies or to give your teammates a boost!
The game is still a work in progress, and eventually this game will include game-type/level editors, bots, and more map features. Up to four local players allowed (up to three players may use the keyboard, and up to four players may each use a gamepad).
The controls are simple:
